Our rib eye is USDA Prime. We cut our rib eyes about 14-16oz each for the showcase. Please specify how many steaks you'd like when ordering and estimate the cost. If prefer you prefer a thicker or thinner cut, let us know, and we can adjust the price! Thank you!
